Springfield – Assistant Republican Leader State Sen. Jason Barickman (R-Bloomington) released the following statement after State Senator Bill Brady was elected Senate Republican Leader:

 “Congratulations to Senator Bill Brady. I have had the great pleasure of working with him for several years on both local and statewide issues, and I look forward to my role as part of his leadership team in the Senate. We have some big hills to climb but I believe we are moving in the right direction. I would also like to congratulate Senator Christine Radogno as she closes out a very distinguished career in public service.”
